Patrick Monahan, founding and managing partner, received a J.D. (with honors) from the University of Tulsa College of Law where he was an editor for the University of Tulsa Law Review. Mr. Monahan is admitted to practice in the Arizona state courts and federal district court. Mr. Monahan practices primarily in the areas of construction, commercial, and real estate law. He also has experience in civil litigation, business formation, estate planning, and family law.

Prior to law school, Mr. Monahan received a B.S. in criminal justice (Summa Cum Laude) from Arizona State University. While at Arizona State University, Mr. Monahan was Vice President of Alpha Phi Sigma (a national criminal justice honor society for criminal justice majors) and was employed with Arizona State University and the Arizona Attorney General’s Office.

Mr. Monahan is an Army veteran and served as an infantry team leader with the 82nd Airborne Division. During his military service, Mr. Monahan demonstrated exceptional leadership thereby earning him numerous awards, rank and responsibilities in a short period of time. Mr. Monahan’s service included many deployments within the continental United States, as well as, overseas to Haiti and Panama.

Patrick is an Arizona native and maintains strong ties to family, friends, and the community. Mr. Monahan is firmly committed to his firm’s values of experience, commitment, integrity, passion, and results.

Mr. Monahan maintains memberships in the Maricopa County Bar Association, State Bar of Arizona, and American Bar Association.

Mr. Monahan holds further memberships in the Construction Law, Business Law, Real Property Law, and Trial Practice sections of the Arizona State Bar.
